I still remember when I took a walk around Chinatown,Singapore. When I visited Erich's Wuerstelstand and directly I was felt in love to his Food. For Erich ? I have to,because he who made the food. At that time,It was very crowded and queue. Erich skilled to made sauce.His name is Erich Sollbock. He's very polite and kind. Even Erich often wrote at Singapore Newspaper as "Spirit of Enterprise Award" in 2005. Awesome.
